the land is located at the intersection of two urban areas - the town center and the residential zone composed mainly of two-storey family houses. the task was to find a structure sufficiently interconnecting both parts, but at the same time predetermining the general development of the city. resulting in an uneven block area that varies in height. an important part of the design is also an easy pass through the entire area through a missing public space - a pedestrian zone and a multifunctional square with a park. on this project I worked equally with my colleague Petra Jablonická.
