the site is in center of the Frankfurt, close to a Main opera, in a park which enclose the city center. site is at the imagineri border between park and city center so the new skyscraper needs to react to both sides - city center & park. in the beggining - just normal rectangle devided to similar cubes - basic shape, as living is the basic function in every city. city view is very straight, strict raster of square windows reacting on the concrete and glass facades of skyscrapers around. from park side, few cubes are missing, which opens an opportunity to create a balconies with small gardens - which says the plants from park are invited and coming to the mass of the building. instead of main residential function, one can finds here a library, a cafeteria next to the lake or exterior gym on the rooftop.
